The UUFP provides this website and any associated services such as email (as a group, the Service) subject to the following Terms of Service, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time at http://uupok.org/tos.html. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features added to the Service shall be subject to the Terms. Terms of Service: This Service and all information contained or transmitted therein is intended by the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Poughkeepsie (UUFP) to be consistent with the Unitarian Universalist Seven Principles and to conform to the Laws of the United States of America. We reserve the right to delete any material which we (in our own human and fallible way) deem inconsistent with these Principles and Laws, and to remove access to the Service to anyone who posts or submits material not consistent with these Principles and Laws. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "as is" and that UUFP assumes no responsibility for timeliness, deletion, accuracy, mis-delivery or loss of any information, user communications, or personalization settings. UUFP reserves the right to limit or remove the use of any or all of these Services arbitrarily, including establishing limits on space, numbers of messages sent or received, and connection time. The UU Seven Principles and US Law shall be interpreted to exclude the sending of spam and hate mail. The UUFP also expressly disallows adult material from this Service.
