Small Group Ministry is basically a set of discussion groups. Groups of 6 to 10 people meet once or twice a month to discuss various topics and practice deep listening and respect. They form a covenant of behavior with each other, and perform at least one service project together. Through Small Group Ministries, participants establish new and deeper connections with one another and find a place for religious exploration and spiritual growth. At the same time, Small Group Ministries are connected with one another, with the life of the whole congregation, and with a larger vision of ourselves as religious liberals, as Unitarian Universalists, with a mission of service to each other and to the larger communities in which our congregations exist.

Our 2007-2008 Small Group Ministries program are beginning. Some old groups will continue, and others will form. It's never too late to join - groups can grow and split to accomodate new participants. Here is the Registration Form - please fill it out and get it to Paula and/or Thalia, as described on the form. We look forward to getting to know some new people.
